Okay, this was definitely NOT on our internet bingo card but Kylie Jenner went full transparency and revealed the exact details of her breast augmentation. Yup, we’re talking implant size, type, and placement.

It all started when TikTok star @rachleary posted a video asking Kylie to spill the deets: “Please can you just tell me/us/anyone interested what you asked for when you had your boobs done?” She wanted the lowdown on whether Kylie went for teardrop or high-profile implants, and if they were placed under or over the muscle.

And guess what? Kylie answered : “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”

If you think that’s wild, just last month Kris Jenner revealed the surgeon behind her facelift, so the whole family’s getting extra transparent these days!

This isn’t Kylie’s first time opening up about her boobs either. Back in 2023, on The Kardashians, she got real about her surgery, saying she had naturally “beautiful breasts” before having her daughter Stormi, but admitted she kind of wishes she hadn’t gotten the surgery in the first place.
